Post Player Shooting Workout – 355 Made Shots

This workout is tailored for big players that need to work on their post game. It incorporates different moves off both blocks and both elbows as well as some outside shooting.

 

LeBron James Shooting Workout – Includes Video

Everyone wants to train like the pro’s. LeBron James released a full hour personal workout video titled LeBronTime. This workout features all the shooting drills he performed in that workout.

It’s not every day we get such an insight into the workouts of one of the all-time greatest players so I encourage you to sit down when you have an hour spare and watch the whole thing.

 

Shooting Workout from Elite Skills Trainer Jeremy Russotti

Jeremy has trained some big names in basketball including Jeremy Lin, recently drafted Shabazz Muhammad, and current NBA D-League star Josh Akognon.

This is a workout Jeremy gave Josh Akognon when he was younger and training by himself. It incorporates a lot of common shots with free-throws in-between.

 

200 Made Shots – Shooting Workout

The 200 made shots workout is quick and easy for days when you don’t have much time to get into the gym. Will take 30 – 40 minutes.

 

Circuit Shooting Workout by Trainer Ryan Walker

Ryan has trained and coach players that have competed at the high school, college, semi-pro, and professional levels.

This workout consists of 10 drills that are to be completed consecutively to make up one circuit. It incorporates dribbling and footwork skills to go along with shooting and can be done as an individual with a designated passer or with another player.

 

The Crunch Time King Workout by David Nurse

David Nurse is regarded as one of the top shooters in the world and top professional shooting and skills trainers for NBA players. He has helped develop some of the top shooters and players in the NBA and high level NCAA division 1 including Chris Lofton, Lee Humphrey, Aron Baynes, and Aaron Gordon to name a few.

This workout is different to our usual workouts in that instead of shooting until the required amount of makes, you’re shooting for a set amount of time and counting the makes.

 

Steve Nash 20 Minute Shooting Workout
